What is a rubber grommet bubbler?

Rubber grommet bubblers are small cheap bubblers - something between a smoking glass pipe and a water bong. Rubber grommet bubblers are made in the size of a pipe but tehir water chamber fulfills the function of a glass bong. Although the water tank is quite small, smoking through the water provides much better pleasure than smoking from a standard smoking pipe. All cheap bubblers are equipped with a stem tightened with a rubber grommet and a carb hole on the left side. Principle of smoking out of a rubber grommet bubbler is the same as using any water bong with a rubber grommet. Instead of pulling out the stem, you simple cover and uncover the carb hole and don´t do anything with the bowl.
